Objectives

4. OBJECTIVES

a. To work without any compromise for Thirukkural English Couplet to be included as a subject for school, college, university students all over with a view to giving values in the light of Thirukkural especially for World Peace,

b. To send copies of the book Thirukkural English Couplet to Heads of the Government and important Departments in India, UNESCO-France ,UNESCO-India and other Government-Heads or other leaders worldwide, Religious & Political Heads all over requesting implementation of its usage one way or the other.

c. To work for harmony among people from different walks of life using Thirukkural

d. To work for improvement of Tamil & English languages , which are like mother and son respectively.

e. To conduct self-improvement, motivational seminars all overbased on Thirukkural English Couplet

f. To conduct law related seminars based on the Thirukkural as it has exclusive Kurals for Lawyers, Judges & Arbitrators.

g. To encourage Research students such as those pursuing M. Phil or Ph.D in English /Tamil/ Philosophy/ Law / Psychology in colleges or Universities to do research based on Thirukkural English Couplet

h. To conduct or encourage the trustee/s to pursue research aiming Ph.D. from a cost-affordable accredited University in India or anywhere in the world on “The Usage of English Grammar in ‘Thirukkural English Couplet’ by Dr.R.J.A. Stephen Loie for translation of Thirukkural from Tamil”

i. To work with any Trust, Foundation, Organization if Thirukkural does encourage it and the finality of such decision solely lies with the Author of the Trust if the Trustees could find difficulty in taking decision on the matter.

j. To certify the deserving when satisfying the Objectives of the Trust according to their level of competence.

k. To associate with any Organization for the implementation of the Objectives irrespective of any caste, creed, gender or geographical boundaries etc.and to associate with the organization/s which is/are statutorily or legally approved for granting certificates

l. To work towards implementation of 16 Headings of Thirukkural such as

i. to conduct attitudinal seminars to make awareness on the minds of the people to think right as said by Thiruvalluvar in Kurals from Chapters 1 to 5

ii. to conduct family Counselling both legal and psychological , to start a Kural Neri ThirumanaMaiyam (Kural Discipline Matrimonial Service) based on the Chapters 6 to 20.

iii. to propagate peace to the worldusing the verses of Thirukkural English Couplet 21 -24

iv. to start compassionate works as instructed in Chapter 25 of Thirukkural and thereby collaborating with people or Governments or Corporations having projects such as offering Night Shelters, Suspension of food etc.

v. to conduct seminar programs that help people know their diet without spending as this knowledge is everyone’s right to be offered free of cost lest they be sick based on Kural Chapters 26-27.

vi. to conduct programs and to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform based on chapters 28-37 which are very much alike Indian Constitution Article 51A(h)

vii. to conduct Psycho, legal Seminars as to explain Chapter 38 of Thirukkural

viii. to conduct Honour Life, Doctor of Cosmic Law Seminars based on Chapter 39-57 to explain what is Cosmic Law and to purchase for consideration any trade mark or copyright if ready for sale if it is for cosmic law propagation.

ix. to explain people the importance of grace as per Chapter 58

x. to conduct seminars , programs, workshops, conferences on law,

psychology, criminology, justice system, legal application , job opportunities, visa formalities and life on the whole as inspired by Chapters 59-78 

xi. to host programs to seek support to this Foundation by selected companies , organizations or people, making them friends of this Foundation keeping in mind Chapters 79 to 85.

xii. to conduct Cosmiclaw Programs asrequired for temperance , as set forth in Chapters 86 to 95.

xiii. to conduct seminars for awareness to the society in general, our country and State in particular through the Kurals’ instruction/s in 96-102

xiv. To analyse on family & tradition as in Kurals 103-104

xv. To conducting seminars on prosperity as in Kurals 105-108

xvi. To teach the indepth knowledge of emotional & physical love between husband & wife, which is important for a healthy relation and life as in Kurals 109-133

xvii. to conduct programs to show how Fundamental Duties as set forth in Article 51 A is elaborated in Thirukkural.

xviii. to conduct research on family traditions and to come out with results for the welfare of the society as in Chapters 103-104

xix. to teach the importance of being prosperous as in Chapter 105

xx. to analyse on the importance of emotional and physical lovebetween husband and wife and come out with results and programs for deepening the marital love as in Chapters 109- 133

xxi. to spread the message of hetero marriage being urged by Chapters 109- 139

xxii. to conduct law classes, seminars, to establish law clinics

xxiii. to create youtube channel/s

xxiv. to make Professional Hubs with specific names for offering free advice/help

xxv. to start a “Sattakural” for legal help to the poor & victims

xxvi. to start a magazine or to purchase any suitable title for a magazine for consideration if ready for sale.

xxvii. to help with establishing committees/ commissions expected of by the Government and to deal with the disobedience legally

m. To work specifically on advice of certain Kurals as herein below:

a) to identify good talents for the use of the society and to render them possible moral and monetary support keeping in mind Kural 105:4 saying, “ Poverty makes one fatigue, Pessimistic despite social- standing”

b) to conduct HUMAN ANALYSIS Seminars & Work shops based on the Kural 393 & 427, which look at the educated as one who could foresee the future, through their ‘eye’.

c) to conduct exclusive seminars on the Kural 115 to explain the meaning of it
