o. Other Objectives:
A. Medical :
to run, maintain or assist any medical institution, nursing home or clinics or to grant assistance to needy and indigent persons for meeting the cost of medical treatment.
B. UNESCO:
to work joining hands with UNESCO, for recognitionof the Thirukkural & its translation ThirukkuralEnglish Couplet by the UNESCO beyond any religion, language, region as it is not the monopoly of anyone being an open Universal book from Tamil Nadu. This would bring the unique features ofKural-venba as used by Thiruvalluvar and handlingof grammar of couplet for its translation in English by Dr. R.J.A. Stephen Loie.
C. Resilience Villages:
to conduct awareness programs among villagestudents, teachers, people on the whole and work for their welfare in the ways possible as instructed in the Kurals for the villages to become Resilient, to work for making resilient villages.
D. Unity in Diversity :
to bring and meet religious leaders of various religions on one stage to discuss what they truly claim to become common good for everyoneirrespective of any religion so that the Kural 1:4 be implemented correctly . This basically brings inharmony among religions . Importantly all people in the world shall reap the benefit of the truth hithertoknown to one sect and hidden to the other apart from people enjoying peace out of harmony. This may be a hope / confidence/ faith building venture even to the extent of dispelling the fear of deathimbibed in people.
E. Survey & Work on Pivotal Importance of Life :
Next to Peace an individual longs for happiness, which is to be surveyed as to measure how people enjoy it in villages and cities before working for and on it . This survey is not a full-stop but a learning process to go ahead to accomplish the core message of happiness, based on the Kural giving advice, such as on diet work & laughter, power of words, attitude and Belief, which are basics for happiness creating hormones such as Endorphins, Serotonin, Dopamine and Oxytocin.(ESDO-Hormones)
F. Relief for the poor:
to give financial or other assistance in kind by way of distribution of books, notebooks, cloths, uniforms, or meals for the poor and indigent, and to the persons suffering owing to natural calamities.
G. Eunoia Works
to implement the instruction/s of the Thirukkural rather than to teach the Kural/s
H. Other objects of general public utility lest they be dormant riches as per Chapter 101 of Thirukkural–
a) to acquire property for the sole use for public good by making it available for public purposes as for example, housing a library clinic, crèche and/or as a community hall to be available for public use as training classes, seminars, discourses and other public functions for the benefit of the community in general.
b) to undertake any other activity incidental to the above activities but which are not inconsistent with the above objects. PROVIDED the Trust may assist/donate the other TRUST to carry out the various objects mentioned in the objects clause in such manner and to the extent the Trustees may decide upon from time to time.
